Expert to Expert R|R-PLUS|S Workshops
This expert-to-expert workshop is designed for the executive, data analyst, business analyst, and/or statistician who want to discuss approaches to solving specific business and technical problems related to analytics. The workshop will be a customized to discuss your specific analytical needs and is designed to be a "one-on-one" session for 1-6 individuals within your company who all share a common analytical need.

Introduction to R|R-PLUS
This course serves as an introduction to R|R-PLUS for the Desktop software. It is designed for data analyst and qualitative experts as well as though with less of a technical background who want a general understanding of data mining.

Post-Conference Training and Workshop
In addition to the 2-day conference, USAR2009 will offer the latest technical training in the industry. Training is scheduled for April 28-29. USAR2000 will offer a variety of courses, ranging from 1-2 days. Industry experts or experienced R|R-PLUS instructors will teach each course.

Be sure to visit the poster session, located in the exhibit hall to view the innovative ways your colleagues and students are applying data mining to real-world applications. Submit an abstract for a poster presentation of your own.

While visiting the Exhibit Hall, stop by the bookstore to browse the latest titles on R|R-PLUS. Books topics include data mining, R|R-PLUS, S-PLUS software and more. Attendees will receive a 20% discount on all purchases!
Monday Evening Reception
